Well, I hate to tell you, but if you read the manual it will tell you that
you need a gamecard with two gameports to use it.  You can't use your SBP
joystick port.  The good news is that you can get a game card for about 40
bucks.  Good luck.  C'ya

The Soundblaster Pro does have the capability for using two joysticks.
There are two separate inputs on the same port. Unfortunately, the ports
are too sensitive to processor speed, according to the manual. Thanks for
the reply...

That's not true at all. They say two plugs don't mean much; it has to support
two joystick channels. If I weren't so lazy, I'd look up the exact wording for
you. I've got an SB16, and it works fine. I'm sure if I plugged it into my
wife's sbpro, it would work fine, too.

Agreed.  I am using the T1 on my SBPro just fine, thank you...

Barry,
Are you using it with ICR ??  If so, you might want to upgrade
your version of ICR to 1.04 or 1.05.  When I first got ICR and the T1.
I had the same problem.  Then I got ICR v1.04 and that fixed those
problems.  Give it a shot.

When I first purchased my T1, it worked fine with ICR, but had
problems with WC with calibration of the pedals.  As it turns
out, the problem is that your NOT supposed to use the little
adapter that comes with the T1 with the SoundBlaster.  Of
course, the docs that came with the T1 explained this, but I
was a little anxious to try it out.  When I plugged the
T1 into the SB directly I had to re-calibrate IC but both now
work great.

I wonder if Trustmaster will come out with a custom package
for the Nascar simulator with a bus steering wheel, a spitoon,
and a 3' shifter that you bolt to the floor...;-)

Hope this helps...
Drew
