From what I've heard, some have already been there =)

I think it would be pretty cool if our friends at PAPYRUS would invite
some of the real Winston Cup and Busch guys for a night out at Hawaii.
That way we could all have a chance at the big boys. I could see it
now... I would be all over Dale he'd be begging for mercy.

Ha!  This is a GREAT idea -- I'd love "tap" a Wallace or three...

Uh, insert "to" here ------------------^^
Sounded rather strange with that omission ;-)

It would be funny if some of the 'newbies' we're complaining about were ACTUAL
race drivers...<g>

Yeah Well!.... If the Rodney that took me out at Michigan was Rodney
Combs, I'm *still* hacked off at him!  ;)

I recently purchased a T2 and so far I love it.  I have decided to put
buttons on the back side of the wheel so I can change gears in a more
realistic -F1- fashion.  I didn't have any problem finding the right
parts but once the buttons were installed I couldn't figure out what to
do with the wires.  There seems to be no way to get the wires inside the
dash without having to have a lot of extra wire sticking out to cover the
movement of the wheel, lock to lock.

If anyone has mounted buttons on their T2 and solved this problem please
post a reply to either my e-mail or the newsgroup.

Thank You for your support....

You mean that guy who gave me a love tap at Rockingham Sunday night was
really Dale Earnhardt? <BG>

I just did, and it's awesome in ICR2 and Nascar!

I moved the two red buttons from the dash and fixed them with glue
and a lot of tape to the two bars (?) of the wheel.

It's quite easy to do, but hard to describe 8^)

> PeteI just used coiled telephone cord which is connected to the base of the

wheel and then goes through a hole in the console. It works perfectly.

Maybe Papy could organise this a promotional excercise, other for the
official launch of Hawaii, or for Nascar 2. It would make great advertising.
