NR 2003 crashes XP

I have a very similar problem with the same motherboard. I don't get
past the opening screen and everything crashes. I have to manually
reset in order to reboot.

My system:
P4 2.8 w/HT
Asus P4P800 Deluxe
1024mg DDR
128 FX5600
45.23 Nvidia drivers

Just about to re-install NR with this driver set. If you know of a
fix, please advise.
