U can turn bi-linear filtering on in GP3. Dont know if its a know fact or
what.

Its from the readme file

add the line

bilinear=1

 to cards.txt

Yes, but that is intended for people that are having problems. It doesn't
affect the objects which Mr. Crammond elected not to use filtering on (Tire
barriers, your wheels, shadows, etc..). I can't understand why they chose to
use filtering on some things but not others. Oh well.

He probably didn't like the smoothness, and he wanted the look & feel
to be EXACTLY like GP2 ;-)
He went a bit too far on that. IMHO (and 99% of humanity)
