I have a problem with Burnout PCE.
I can't change the camshaft IVO, IVC, EVO, EVC values.  Should I be able
to change them?  If so, what do I need to do to be able to adjust these
values.

Try the other cams...

.050 for starter's

I have it on Manual entry, and it still wont let me change the values.
On either the seat to seat setting, or the .05 setting.
