"Steve Smith, former editor of Car & Driver Magazine, has just finished a
60,000-word manuscript for a new ICR2 strategy guide. Steve and Papyrus are
working on getting the book published right away, and we'll report when you
can pick up a copy..."

Looks like Papyrus is gonna sit on this one...I'm not sure why,
because AFAIK it's all done (says SS), and all that is needed is
a few tress cut...er...recycled to get it to the shelves. I'm not
sure, but the name "IndyCar" might also have some negative
bearing on the subject.
Looks as if all-forms of IndyCar racing (ICR, ICR2) are dead, and
we may never see the likes of it (at least from Papyrus) again. ; (
