You're in luck.  The CART Racing release includes the exact book you're
looking for retitled, appropriately, "CART Racing Strategies & Secrets,"
by Steve Smith.  That's why the box is nice and heavy.  It is excellent,
and considering many people on this group have seen CART for $10, and it
can be easily found for $19.95 just about anywhere, just getting the
book may be worth the purchase price.
