Momo wheel buttons

Running Windows XP.
Just bought a MOMO wheel today and none of the buttons work!
Checked all connections and it looks right.
Downloaded the 4.11c drivers.
Anything else I need? or is this just a faulty wheel?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks   MILO

Sounds busted to me.  Buttons will work right outta the box.

It seems unlikely that all the buttons are defective.  Do you get no
response in the Control Panel applet or just in the games?

Took the damn thing apart and the big plug that controls all the buttons was
unplugged.
Works fine now.but what a bunch of crap.
Would have taken it back but I bought the last a Best Buy and they are on
back order for who knows how long.

thanks for all ideas.   MILO
