Afraid I can't help with the particular problem your having but for my $50 the
support is fantastic. I've traded e-mail through the WWW site and I've always
gotten a response in less then one working day. Consise, to the point and very
helpful.

Sorry your having problems.

Best regards,

John

I wonder what is going on- several times I've done their www page
form, and I've also emailed them, and I've never gotten a response. I
was asking about ICR2, though- maybe they treat NASCAR or ICR1 owners
better. I could understand this- I get the feeling a lot of ICR2
owners have been swearing at them! Not me- I love the game, just would
like to know a *few* details the manual has left out, particularly
about tire temps and engine RPMs (esp. since we don't have a
functional overrev light... yet).

I read last week that Papyrus has been sold, or at least bought, by
some new distributor or some such thing... I thought maybe this was
related to the no-response deal on their part- transition and all. Who
knows.

Yes, Papyrus has been baught by Sierra and is now a division of Sierra. I don't know
why they wouldn't answer you, but maybe it has to do with the fact that they got
baught up (I don't know why they wouldn't answer you then, either).
