Does anybody know of a file or program that will replay or tear down an
RPL file from outside of the N2 program?
It would sure be nice to send RPL clips to friends, and for them to be
able to see it without downloading your carset, and loading up Nascar 2.

Or if there is a program that can tear down the RPL file, and supply the
frames from it, so you could make an animated GIF...
Sometimes your friends just dont believe that you smoked Gordon outta
turn 4.
