   those items would require hacking the exe file and iRacing will not
allow such behavior.  If you haven't been around, google firstracing and
iracing and mods and be saddened.

This has been implemented, in a sense.

Most leagues I've been involved with have this rule now, and some even have
the "lucky dog" rule.
