can anyone help me with a setup at phoenix? i only run a 124.343 as my
fastest.

Before you worry about a setup, you must learn the track.  The Ace setup
that came with N3 can get you to the 128 range, but you must know how to
drive the track.  I'm by no means the fastest driver out there, but if you
would like some help just let me know.  I not much for creating setups but I
could possibly get you a better run around the track.
