How To Setup Cars - NCAR Rookie Setup Guide

A little while back someone was asking "where do I begin to setup
my car, there are so many choices?!?".  I've added the NCAR Rookie
Setup Guide to my web page.  It's a good overview of the setup
process.  It was written for NASCAR 1, so the specifics might differ,
but I think it is a great guide for learning how to setup cars in
Papyrus sims (even us "pointy car" guys can learn something in the
methodology used!).  Also, I added a short NASCAR2 Bug/Features list
to my sim-racing page.  URL is below...

At least a couple of people have had trouble finding this.  The
link below is my main home page.  From there, click on "Sim-Racing".
That page has the Rookie Setup Guide.  (It's also accessible from
the "What's New" page.)  It isn't that hard, is it?  ;)

My apologies to anyone who tried to find this Guide unsuccessfully.
My ISP had a system crash and the files were lost (and my old pages
*without* the Guide were restored).  They have been restored and are
once again available for download  (Really! I mean it this time!!! :)
