Copyright violations and webpages - Followup

As some of you may know, I posted a message a while back about a site that
had downloaded my Days of Thunder cars for Nascar 1, zipped them with a
readme.txt file claiming credit for these cars, and posted them on their
page.  I have been waiting patiently for a response from geocities about
the situation (the page in question resides in geocities), but I'm guessing
they probably have more pressing matters on their hands.  So, the only
other option I see is to publicly post the url of the site, and hope that
the author of the page will listen to you, the sim-racing public.

URL - http://www.racesimcentral.net/

I'm not asking that anyone flame him into oblivion, but if one person
steals someone else's work and takes credit for it without any
reprecussions, who's to stop the next person, or the next, or........
Eventually there would be no point in creating and sharing anything at all.
 Thanks for your time.
