N4 : AI lock up the brakes ???

N4 : AI lock up the brakes ???

I note that no matter how much I "schumacher " the rival AI
( meaning cutting in front of them at the nose )
they still do not lock up their brakes to prevent
a collision although they do somehow managed to
avoid a collision with me........

how are they doing it ?
some bug ?
