I just reloaded this after a long absence. I typed in the KALJAKOPPA
playername cheat, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I think I
remember that all I had to do was to race on a track to unlock the next one,
but that doesn't work. Any help appreciated.

I think you must press "enter" after you typed KALJAKOPPA

I believe it also helps to be in expert, or advanced or whatever mode is
above intermediate, or average, or...
