Okay.......my driving sucks and I cannot get the standings to unlock the
stages and cars after the first few. Can someone give me the cheat codes so
I can try driving ALL the courses and cars ?!?! PLEEEEEEEEEASE ???

When the game asks for a player name, put in the name "KAKJAKOPPA" making
sure to use all UPPER CASE (CAPITAL) LETTERS.
