Rally Trophy won't start

Trying to get RT up and running.

Game installs fine, can get to the configuration screen.  Go to start game,
input cd-key, click OK, and I get a black screen for a couple of seconds
before I get returned to the desktop.  No error messages, and no related
programs left running.

I've tried searching around for solutions, and have tried various graphics
settings, no sound, etc etc. with no success.

System is a:

Duron 800 on K7S5A
SB Live
Voodoo 3

Any ideas?

Try Turning off the Geometry Assist in the card's properties that might
help...



1. First it won't start, then it starts, now it won't start (!)

2. 93 Caravan 3.0 won't start, starter won't even turn

3. 92 Caravan 3.0 won't start, starter won't even turn

4. Brake lights won't turn off and now car won't start

5. Saturn SL1 won't suddenly won't start

6. Great Rally Trophy Mpeg's (Cockpit/Moving POV, etc.)
