How to see frame rates???

Please excuse the stupid question,but how do I see what frame rate I'm
getting in Nascar3? I just had to install a V2 1000 card just so I could
play this thing and not mess with my Rendition versions of the earlier
Nascars.It cured my problem with N3 and all seems great now.I'd just like to
know how good it really is working.

    Don't have the game (Yet) so this may be wrong, but according to some
other post I've seen, you need to press Alt-F
