Of course we would but very very slow (just don't touch that throttle in
a slow corner)

Doh - And maybe they should include a peripheral which gives you a
solid rap on the forehead with a ball-peen hammer every time you smash
off the circuit.

GP3 easier than GP2?

Are you sure you aren't playing GP2 with a carset applied?  I used to
qualify on pole regularly in GP2 until I started using Pieters carsets and
then my performance was midfield at best on Ace.  GP3 is definitely easy
compared with a patched GP2.  Regards the kerbs I have discovered how far
out onto the grass you can get before spinning off - its seems a little
unreal in that respect - although a modern F1 car is designed to run over
the kerbs with little effect apart from a sore back.  Its hard to recreate
that feel unless your computer chair is bad!

Dunno about you, but some of us have a life too, you know??
I'm not sitting 2 hours in front of my monitor, eyes all ***shed, hands sweaty,
steering wheel screaming "have mercy...."
Some of you *** simmers are really pushing it too far!
Try the local Go-Cart track for a change, it's fun too, and no pause key either
;-))

Yeah and throw out Shift-R and the miraculous way you immediately get back
to the pits.  There should also be a friend standing by with a 4lb hammer to
bludgeon you over the head whenever you turn upside down!  That would make
you drive more carefully!!

Why?  Not everyone has a 3-hour block of time to do nothing but sit in front of
a PC game...without being worried about phone calls, SO's, kids, etc...

ooh, on a semi-regular basis.  I also race real motorbikes whenever I
can afford to.

simulations just provide a quick (or more often not so quick) fix for
those times when the snow is too deep, or the wallet too shallow.

ooh, yeah.  if you crash, you should WALK back to the pits.  and why
won't those stupid sims let us line up on the grid ourselves?  and why
are cooloff laps always on autopilot?
