What happened to the Australian Servers for GPL.

Dasman,
I ran a unpassworded server for a few months BUT the cost was astronomical,
I asked for and received support form the Australian/NZ (I even got money
form Japan:)GPL community and was very grateful for all the money I received
to help. BUT all good things seem to come to a premature end. I was
"contracted" where the server sat, contract ran out so I have moved on. In
the meantime Vince B has spent many hours working with Wireplay in Sydney to
get a replacement server up and working..its been a long struggle to get
something reliable working BUT as of late I think Vince has achieved this.

I ran 2 servers one for GPL and one for N3, presently Vince/WP is only
running one server. So the machine alternates between the both (This has
been the cause of MOST of the problems)

AND now lots of Australians are able to and ARE getting cable there are a
few more races at night popping up.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who
"helped" me run the beast and to all who helped with money.

I have cable now so i will be hosting a few races as well
