I am completely unable to get to ftp.std.com:

ftp> o ftp.std.com
Connected to ftp.std.com.
421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection
ftp>

maybe someone can suggest me some other server or upload it to 159.148.248.133,
directory /d/pub ?
