Will my TSW2 hook up to a console? :)
Are there even "decent" wheels to play console titles?

The Logitech Force GP.  Although, considering it's originally a PC wheel I
question it's capability ;-).

On a serious note, the vehicle control with the Logitech wheel on a console
is better than on a PC.  The best way I can describe it is that the control
is more immediate and direct.  On a PC wheel control feels slightly laggy in
comparison.

Ed Martin went to EA Sports?  Please say it ain't so!!!

I was looking to MGI for more great titles.  Viper Racing and Nascar Heat
were, for the most part, very fine sim's...

I have played the Nascar Sims to death and the only offline season that I
ever actually completed was one with the CTS expansion pack in N3

I have started them a dozen times, but I never finish them

Nah, I've finished offline seasons in SCGT, NFS PU, N3, GPL, etc.

But then again I don't really have a life either.

A little off topic:

Do any of the new consoles(PS2, XboX, Gamecube) support true force feedback
or just rumble effects like the PS1 and the N64?

Thanks.

John

John,

I can attest to only the PS2 and say without a doubt it supports FF in many
games: GT3 and F1 2001 are two I have that have very well done FF.

GT3 you can feel the weight shifting via the wheel, get the car loose
going into a turn and the wheel feels alot lighter until you get your
traction back. You can also feel the shifting when you're fish-tailing
often making you overcorrect, especially if you're driving a big V8.

Very nice FF effect in my opinion.

Cheers,
Rod.
