non nascar about Diamond and lack of rebates.

I sent a rebate status inquiry for both my Diamond M3D-II cards to
that address, and got replies within a couple days saying they had my
info in their database.  I received both rebates within a few weeks
after receipt of their email.

Actually, the second one was delayed by a few weeks, so here is the
contact info I'd saved of the person who helped me out.  She was very
cooperative, and she seemed to get the rebate situation solved
quickly:

Not to be picky, but your reply took 1 line. Your sig took 25 lines.

While i hate to be picky, i must point out it's accepted practise to keep your
sig /vanity  of the order of 4 lines on Usenet. Judging by the content of
your sig, it's little more than 25 lines of spam anyway.

Yeah since you have links to sites in your
sig...why not just create a page with all
your titles and leagues etc and just put the
ONE link in your sig...have fun

So, since you feel it is all spam I presume that means you actualy
took the time to visit the links? No? Gee, and I would have thought
someone browsing rec.autos.simulators would be interested in offline

Placing 10ish links as the sig to every post you send to this group is a spam.
They maybe on topic or not, but it is excessive, reptitive posting. I'm glad
to see you resisted in this case.

I'm in the same boat, just got my Diamond VoodooII rebate after about
6 months, just in time to dump it and upgrade to a Voodoo3:)
