After reading about GP3 and comparisson to F1 2001, I finally bought GP3.
I tried to run it on my Celeron 400, 96M memory, Voodoo3 2000 PCI, but the
application doesn't even fully starts and freezes (has to do reset 8-(
I tried to download latest drivers, kill all other applications (even from
tray), but no luck.

The Readme says that Voodoo3 2000 PCI is supported, but I can't make it work?
I put in the GP3 patch 1.13, but no luck.

Any idea what might be wrong?

was no problem. I used the 1.07( i think) drivers. It would run fine
when not oc'ed, but as soon as the speed was upped it would flip out.
The only game to do that.

Most likely it's a setting in your bios or a drivers thing. What DX
version you running. Try loading up the "fail-safe defaults" in the
bios and see how you go.
