DrivingForce Sim -- a SimChassis/Hyperstimulator alternative

I'm a big fan of the SimChassis products
(http://www.racesimcentral.net/), but THIS looks like a good
alternative to a SimChassis or a Hyperstimulator if you're into doing
a little woodworking on your own:

If you'e a do-it-yourselfer, this looks like a good alternative to a
Hyperstimulator or an original home-built design, and it's pretty
affordable (with the Australia-to-U.S. exchange rate, the full kit is
roughly $75 plus shipping).  Just grab a nice used Honda seat from a
salvage yard and you're in business!
