On another note I have found something weird on my PC. In the Cookies folder
in Windows, every web page I visit is logged with a text file titled

The cookies are nothing to worry about, I have over 800 on my PC. They are
used to keep your settings when rejoining a website. eg. yahoo groups so you
don't have to log in every time.

Go to ZDNet and download cookiecop. It allows you to accept cookies
from only sites that you want to accept.

I don't see how a virus could replicate from a data file. You're right, it
just that to a virus-checker (which is only a bit of software with a very
specific job to do) it looks like one.
