Are there any known gpl viruses?

by badg » Mon, 12 Apr 1999 04:00:00

I know this sound crazy  but, I'm experiencing a problem with  a front
tire locking sometimes when my rearend (differential) transitions into
the coast mode.  I never noticed the rearend making this hard of a
transition until I started downloading track changes, paint schemes,
etc

I've tried many differential settings and have settled on 85 on the
coast side but it still locks badly when I coast.  When this is
severe, I can read the tire brand on the front.

Any ideas?  Thanks, Bob

I noticed the same thing but I don't know what caused it. I too was
experimenting with some of the available addons... Front wheels looked
like they stopped turning at intermittent times when braking (and they
stayed stationary after releasing the brakes as well)

I don't know if the wheels actually locked, or if it might just have been
a graphics glitch making the tire animation LOOK like it stopped turning,
but a fresh reinstall of GPL got rid of it for me.
