One other thing - you don't need to quit out the race to watch a
replay. F2 and F3 take you to replay and options screen, and very
helpfully pause the game for you into the bargain...

Randy,

   I can see your point, but on the other hand, making the statement
that it can't be done, without mentioning it is indeed possible (even
as a hack), may make some folks make the wrong decision on purchasing
the game.

   I haven't seen your review yet, but the reviews of it here makes it
sound like its up to your usual standards.  I don't need the review,
I've had the game for three days (just need a PC to run it now...). :)

Given Papy's repeated suggestions to go slow, learn from the trainer
cars, etc it really is hard to understand why racing with the very
same cars that they want you to start with has been "prohibited".

Anyway,fair enough and I understand your reasoning. I guess I get so
used to people hacking  
the sims to circumvent licensing and developer shortcomings that I
forget about the average player... I must admit I'm surprised that we
don't have a Honda in the sim yet ;)

do love that Ferrari sound...
