What are the mirrors for this file that work??

I have been trying to find a decent fast (more than 40Kb/s) mirror for this,
but as yet have found stuff all.  The AusGamers mirror is good, but always
too full.  Driving Italia is too slow.

What file?  I'll see if I can find it and make it available...  I need to test
our network bandwidth anyway...<g>

It's the (sort of) 'Indy Racing League' Mod for F1 2002.
