As we speak i'm downloading the gtr2002 mod, but in the meanwhile why not
ask a question.
If you install the gtr mod (or any other one, i understood the alfa147 mod
is good also) is the game it self still working, or do I have to install it
again in a different folder to play the original F12002 game. (so in short,
do i have install F12002 two times, one time for F12002 an one time for the
mod

All mods will exist together just fine.  In my folder I have the alfa,
jgtc, cart, ssm, and gtr mod.

It doesn't touch your original installation.  These mod designers are very
clever!!!
