Gp2 + Mystique: w95 ok, ny no go ?

by (vampi » Fri, 20 Feb 1998 04:00:00

Well, after installing all the bios upgrades and the new
drivers, gp2 runs fine in w95, but still locks up in nt.

(GP2 runs fine on a different nt mahcine with a 2 yrs old cirrus svga
card, of course performance sucks)

Any clues ?

As a side note, i tried switching from mystique to millenium,
and got no performance gain in w95.
Question is: are the 3d featurs of the mellenium compatible with
all the 3dfx games out there ?

TIA

You won't get any performance gain with  GP2 no matter what video card you
use.The only way you will get that is with a bigger CPU.
