place quick judgements on everything under the simracing sun, and
NASCAR 2000 is no exception. Instead of trying to gently convince these
people, who already know EVERYTHING based on the N2k demo with limited
options and the physics locked into the easiest mode, I just want to
say that a new NASCAR 2000 website is open. I'm the webmaster :)
The address is: http://www.racesimcentral.net/
Then name is: NASCAR 2000 Competitions Page
I'm using ras to post the news, so people can come and compete. But I
know this place is a hornets nest of Papyrus/Sierra***-spittles, so
theres no need to be toooo nice. I already read the in depth analysis
of NASCAR 2000's inferiority by many experts of ras, based on the
(option limited) demo, but for the people who DON'T live for their
reputation on ras and who might be considering NASCAR 2000 this week
(its coming out Tuesday), stop by the site and check things out. I'd be
happy to see you.

p.s. Yes, the N series of games is long standing and mighty. I respect
Papyrus/Sierra a lot. But I have no special respect for 75% of what I
read on ras, because most of it is (obviously.. by definition?) clique-
ish and narrow minded. For example: If I have to read another value
jugement of GP3 as a whole, based on a little video, I'm never going to
stop throwing up.
