I think it might have something to do with the fact that it was the
first time I ever booted up a Nascar game. :)

You should start with default "fast" setup and AI 94%, IMHO.
If not even lower.

You picked the wrong track.

Try Bristol.

Cheers,

Default setups aren't made to match 100% AI. From that
you develop your own setups.
You should also start with 10% race length. Default setups
use your tires fast, so with longer races you will lose your tires
faster than AI.
        Have fun

How do you see your LPI?  I finished at least a couple of races before, and I
don't remember seeing the number change.  Either that, or I was looking in the

but it's right there in that lobby-thing...  bunch of numbers like:

RC (I think): 0.0  something: 0.0  something: 0.0  LPI: 71.0

OTOH, maybe you pros don't use the built-in race-finding-thingy.

Gunnar, who thinks it would've been nice with N4 in the All-Seeing Eye..

I was refering to setup name. In garage you can pick one
of three default setups. "Easy", "Intermediate" and "Fast". First
is for kids, second is intermediate, lol, and, man, for you is "Fast".
