Suspension and weight in Nascar

Can anyone give me some hints on how I should be setting up the suspension
and weight (cross and bias) to create neutral handling. The UK manual
is s**t as everyone no doubt knows by now so I'm at a loss to get things
right. The more detail the better :-)

I'm mainly trying to get rid of a huge amount of understeer at some
circuits... should I be stiffening of softening the front-right?

Thanks in advance,
        Pete

ps. email would be preferred, pls, 'cos we're suffering huge packet loss
from our network provider at the moment :-(

What I would like to see is Papyrus/*** releasing some sort of set-up
manual on the net. They owe it to those of us who bought the UK/European
version with that shite manual, it gives *** all clues on how to set
the car up and I've got better things to do with my time than spend hours
working out the basics that should have been in the manual.
