I changed the display driver for my ATI Rage Pro vid card.
Now the replays in Rally masters have changed.

The replay starts off fine, but after the first few corners the car
loses the plot completely and starts crashing into things.

I tried re-installing the old driver and the replays play fine again..
Change back to the new driver and the car starts driving eratically
again!

How could my display driver effect this??
It only effects the saved replays before I changed the vid driver.

The game still runs fine.... just thought it was weird.
Has anyone else had this problem??

Before you buy.

One or the other of the drivers may be changing the precision or rounding
mode of the floating point unit--this could cause very slight differences in
calculations... on games that just store the player controls for replay, any
slight difference will quickly lead to huge problems as the tiny deviations
build up.  Games tend to act as "chaotic enhancers" of small variations,
much like the proverbial butterfly flapping its wings in China and causing a
thunderstorm in New Jersey.
