Ther are a bunch of preset views; incar, bumper, rear bumper etc and only
one outside view from various points on the track. You can't decide where
you would like the cameras placed though and sometimes it does go back to
the incar for a bit.
You can watch it over from the beginning and save it but I don't remember a
slider to bring you to a particular point quickly.

No you can't.
Tell me how I can see a replay of a stage entirely from the vantage point of
the spectators (ie. see my car from a distance at all times) without the
game cutting to various on car angles.
Also tell me how to get to a particular part of the replay without fast
forwarding (or reversing) through the entire stage.
In NR202 you can drag a slider right to where you want to go on the replay
and also you can chose any of several camera angles to view a replay and
stay in that one for as long as you like.
This is not possible in RT.
My description was accurate. Yours isn't.

There are a lot of views from on the car; the ones I mentioned plus some
useless ones like beside the rear wheel etc.
I have the patched version and I don't think any replay angles were added.
