Hi all, If you use D3D go to this site
http://www.racesimcentral.net/
check out the free DL called Power Strip made by EnTech. It allows you to
overclock Riva type chipsets. I used it and went to the suggested settings
of 133 max and WOW! Now in CPR my fps went from 25 to 35 and seems like
most if not all flickering is gone.
I have only just started this testing but wanted to let others know this
power strip also has many cool features check it out it also seems to
support many other chip sets besides Riva. I will say more after Ive used
it a bit. Aloha,Mike
