How can I save and load ghostlaps? There is no menu for this!

From what I understand, ghostlaps are automaticly saved, and to race against
a "ghost", choose what "ghost" to raise against in the track menu that are
shown just before the race.

I can now confirm after playing the game after this that the menu shown just
before you go to the race is named Ghost, and when you choose that menu, you
can there choose which ghost you would like to raise against.
