simulation development.

team as sharp as a pit-stop crew.
Your track record speaks for itself.
Artists
You're a born natural in a couple of these;
texturing, lo-poly 3D modelling, graphic design and film editing.
Knowledge of 3DS MAX, Photoshop, Fractal Painter and AniPro would be highly
desirable.
Programmers
Your C/C++, PC assembler or Playstation programming skills are proven.
You'll also be up to speed with at least one of these;
3D effects/techniques, networking and multi-player, tools programming, UI
and AI.

Well, that makes for interesting reading.
Key points:
1) Networking and Multi-Player!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2) WTF is UI??
3)WTF is lo-poly 3D? (that one worries me)
4) The pure existance of this advert means that all our assumptions that Goeff Crammond has been privately working on GP3 the past few years and that is is fininshed and just awaiting the FOA license, well
they're ***aren't they.
I presume Geoff Crammond hasn't written much of GP3 yet because the advert asks for Programmers who can do 3D effects, and AI.
If the 3D and AI aren't done yet, then there isn't really much that has been done yet.
And if they need programmers for 3D and artists for 3D we can assume that GP3 will have it's own game and 3D engine, and will not borrow that used by GP500.
Oh, one final thing. If the game ain't wriiten yet, don't expect to see it for, well, we all know how long GP2 took.
