Hey there - I've tried to download the file a few times... It keeps
locking up my browser (Netscape).

I'm on a cable modem so I'm not fretting too much... I do wish this was
broken up into a few pieces though.

Any thoughts?

Andrew

it originally came in like 45 segments.  However once I reconstituted
it, it deleted the individual files.  I thought I had wiped out the main
file also.  But when I kept seeing folks looking for the file I searched
the HD and found I still had it...and put it up at that site.  It has
been the only one that allows uploads of that size.
You are the 2nd fellow to mention that the dload quit on them.  I
guess trying ie5 might be the next step.  I know the dload managers
won't work normally, but somebody got one to work.  I believe he copied
the file url into his dloader ...good luck  lemme know if you still have
problems

Thanks,

I normally avoid IE (since it sucks) but I will try *** it with this
download.. at least it seems to successfully resume incomplete downloads.

Thanks!
Andrew

I couldn't get it when I tried a few weeks ago. I have since gotten it
another way. I did manage to get the other 3 files he has (one of which is
45 megs) without any problems late last night. It might be better at very
odd times of the night.

Good luck
Marc

Yeah I don't know what that 1024mas file is somebody else put that up
there.  I'm dloading it now to check it out...and the dload even with
cable is DOG SLOW!  It is even slower than the original upload of sp3.0.
just about noon Pacific time.  I'm betting this site only speeds up at
night.
