Also, go to device manager in Control panel - System, and check if DMA is
checked in the properties of your disk device(s).

Win2k SP1(forgot to mention that in the original post)

Voodoo 3 300 AGP
Ibm 20Gig Hd
Seagate 8Gig Hd
Mitsumi Cd-r
Sony 42x? Cd-Rom
Running my wheel through Usb Port on Pc(not hub)
Dont no about the other stuff since I am just learning about system devices

I have Windoze 98 (se) and its there. Look in start, settings, control
panel, game controllers, advanced, its a small box in the bottom left
corner of the box, it says "Poll with interupts enabled".

Make sure the box is not ticked.
