I'm trying to install the German Patch 1.2 on my German GPL 1.0.0.0.
After installing
the Patch I see only the first screen of GPL, where I can read the new
version number
1.2.0.1 but after that I am back on the Windows desktop!
Whats wrong?
Do I need to edit the CORE.INI.SAMPLE file?
Configuration
K6-2 400, 64MB
Voodoo 3 2000 PCI
Windows 98 SE
Please help!

Try this:
Open APP.INI (in the GPL folder), and change it to the next setting:
[ Graphics ]
lastRasterizerDLL = softdll.dll
See if you can start GPL now. If so, go to options, and select
the 3dFX again.
