I used to be active on this newsgroup, however my old Pentium III 450 mhz
with the 16 mb 3dfx card doesn't cut it anymore with the new Sims. Therefore
I have gotten involved with R/C Cars again.
However, I still do web page photo editing and I'm out of my demo period on
PSP. Can Someone help me out or is there a better Free Program that works
just as well?????.

Depends - Paint Shop Pro 5 has been given away free on a couple of UK
magazines. Or you could try the GIMP (http://www.gimp.org), or Serif's
Photoplus 5.5 (http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/) both free.
