I was wondering if there is a way to cut 1 thing form one car and then
paste on another car? 1st time using psp any help would be great.

Assuming the cars are separate images, use any of the selections tools
(such as the Magic Wand) to create a selection marquee around the area
of the image you wish to paste into another image. The select "Copy"
from the Edit menu. Now activate the image into which you want to
paste the information you just copied, select "Paste as new selection"
from the Edit menu, use the cursor to place the newly pasted data as
desired, and click your right mouse key to place it in the image.
