Too many new features for me to list here. Goto
http://www.jasc.com/psp.html and take a look for yourself. It's only a
2meg or so download, so I highly recommend getting it.

Unfortunatly I don't run Windows95 <shrug> 4.10 is 95 & NT only so it
looks like the 3.11 I have is tops for Win3.11 for now. Thanks anyway.

I use NeoPaint (a DOS programme) at present but have installed Paint
Shop Pro in response to all the enthusiastic reports ... but, I have
some problems in using it. There doesn't seem to be any
uni-directional colour fade, blending or gradation tools. Which seems
odd, as NeoPaint is not nearly as "powerful", but has a number of
these.
Also, when creating a new (car, of course) from scratch ... I can't
find a way of choosing/selecting a colour unless I load another
existing file and switch between the two selecting from one and using
in the other. If I want a particular colour I have to hunt around for
a file in which it has been used ... I thought you would be able to
bring up the whole of the current palette, and "pick" a colour to use
from that.
Any hints as to where these are hidden, if they exist?

For that you would have to double click the color indicator......(It's the
thingie with 2 colors, a primary and a backup)
