>Has the demo been released yet? Where can we find it (or where
>will we be able to find it when it is released)? Thanks!

The demo according to Rick was scheduled for release on Nov 10. It looks like
it may have been delayed a few days. In any case, the real product is due to
be shipped from Papyrus' warehouse on Nov 17 (as per Rick's post in this news
group).

The demo went up on our BBS yesterday. I don't know if it made it to our
web site or not; we're moving the company this weekend and had all of our
computers packed away by 3:00PM EST yesterday. The new space (sorely
needed and muchly appreciated) had its internal network up and running
last night, and I think they were setting up the BBS there last night as
well. I suspect that by Monday morning most everything should be back to
normal, but it's quite an undertaking to move a 100-person company while
trying to maining minimal disruption of service...

Not in the initial release. We haven't been seeded with Direct3D yet; it
isn't due to go to beta until January, and I'm not sure that it's still on
that schedule.

Yes, though not because of Direct3D. We wanted to make sure that the game
was a quality product, and it was better to slip the release date a few
months than to rush out a buggy release.

I thought that both DOS/95 versions were on the SAME CD!

Stay cool!

Papyrus said, that the DOS-Version will be
released first, but with an upgrade coupon for a free Win95 version.

First to answer an earlier post in this thread.  Papyrus said that the
Win95/Mac version of the game was not up to their standards (yet) and
should be out by 1st Quarter 1996.  I am sure this is mostly due to
Microsoft being so late in releasing the needed development kit and
"secrets".  They seem to have held this close to their chest so they
could be the first on the block to offer true Win95 games.

Papyrus said the DOS version would contain a coupon for an upgrade to
the Win95 version for ($5-10).  This is probably to cover shipping and
handling.  If this holds true this is a great deal and I thank Papyrus
for the consideration to their loyal customers!

I didn't get a coupon for a win95 upgrade, either.  What's the deal?
