Are you serious or are you just kidding? GPII is so much better than
Power F1 - particularly if you're using a T2 or reasonable facsimile.
Power F1 has nice graphics and does allow for different weather
conditions. However, if you're using a T2, then you'll find the
steering response very sloppy. I'm going to try Power F1 again, using a
Flightstick Pro instead of a T2. Maybe the game will be playable.
However, if you want a real driving experience instead of frustration
from a sloppy steering interface, then by all means get GPII. It's an
costs less that it's a lesser game. Quite the contrary. Oh yeah, you
need a beefy computer to run GPII under high resolution. If this is a
problem, then I would still opt for GPII over Power F1. I'm angry for
having purchaed Power F1 the first week it was released. I'm even more
angry for having played a demo (only VGA), hoping that the actual game
would be better. Oh well, caveat emptor.
