Partial repair with new Hawaii?

I saw a post of a guy who said he was able to do a partial repair on
Hawaii, is this true?  What version of Multi.exe do I need, and how do I
do it?

Yes. Bring up the F9 screen when you're in the pits. You can stop repairs
by hitting the Enter key. The purple bar across the top shows you the
progress of the pace car. You may also see a display like (25 secs) which
is the amount of time it will take for the next repair.
