Bit late to mention it now, but you needed to use this one:

http://magnust.d2g.com/gplrally2/

It was mentioned on RSC a couple of times. I don't know where SS4 is
going to be available from, though - Madcowie's site is still down.

I read something to the effect of m4driving being down due to a hacker
attack yesterday. So, it possibly isn't just you.

Fwiw, I can't access the site at the moment either.

Seems he's switched over to a new (RSC) host.  Here's where you can get the
tracks:

The site to submit and check lap times hasn't changed (they have yet to post
the Stage 3 results as of this posting):

Hmmmm, the "new" site is down now as well (including all of racesimcental).
Looks like someone does not want the rally to continue!!

The M4driving server went down again ('coz of a hacker threat I think ?) ,
and he moved the site to RSC : http://madcowie.racesimcentral.com
We have been working on the Rally in cooperation anyway, so it made sense to
collect his works at RSC.

Now I will be the one accidently shutting him down from time to time, and
getting all the hassle *lol*
